* Verify if the same STA servers are configured on the Citrix Gateway Virtual Server as well as on the StoreFront Servers

* Verify if the Secure Ticket Authority is configured on Citrix Gateway returns STA ID

* FQDN of Secure Ticket Authority is not resolvable
